About the Space
***Pricing here reflects production rentals from Mid-May until Mid-August. Any production rentals from Mid-August to Mid-May will be a $10,000 flat fee per day for production rentals during the week and $5000 flat fee per day for the weekend. We are a newly renovated, modern community center located in Northridge CA (right next to CSUN). We have a lobby/reception area, a "student lounge," a small commercial kitchen, and a large multipurpose space. We also have office spaces and multiple outdoor spaces including two parking lots, a large and small patio, and grassy areas.

Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
