This space is great for people who don’t want to book an Airbnb by the night and prefer to book by the hour. This allows you to take advantage of the space in ways that normal Airbnb cannot, such as parties or events. The listing prohibits parties during the stay. Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
