    This apartment overlooks Downtown Knoxville's Gay Street. It's really hard to pull me away from those large floor to ceiling windows! Market Square being your backyard is so convenient with multiple unique restaurants & shops. You can easily walk to Neyland Stadium (0.8 miles) from the apartment, (1.1 miles) to Thompson-Boling Arena, a brisk (0.1 mile) walk to Tennessee Theatre, (0.4 miles) to Knoxville's Convention Center, and so much more!     A professional cleaning crew is hired to come in after every guest. All linens and towels are removed & cleaned and disinfected off property to ensure all items pass our check list. Only our cleaners, guests and the owners have access to the hallway to ensure cleanliness and safety!
