Just as nature surprises us with amazing color when we least expect it, we’ll hope you’ll enjoy the colorful surprises and natural elements throughout the Rainbow Retreat. This home has been designed with love to create a one-of-a-kind, modern retreat feel. It’s energizing and vibrant while still a cozy oasis. Our condo is perfect for photography shoots for couples/families and product launches. You’ll enjoy the vintage charm of the original hardwood floors and quaint 680 sq ft size, but you’ll love the modern updates – open floor plan, quartz countertops, new appliances, contemporary lighting and ceiling fans in both bedrooms, and smart thermostat/locks/TV. Enjoy our covered front porch and sunny patio out back. This home is 680 sq ft and has 2 bedrooms and 1 bath. The main bedroom features a king bed and the second bedroom is a flex space that includes a remote workspace and motorized standup desk and vintage Schwinn stationary bike. The second bedroom futon can be converted to a bed if preferred.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
We want you to know that we are doing our best to help our guests stay safe. We take extra care when cleaning and disinfect all frequently touched surface areas, including: light switches, doorknobs, cabinet handles and remotes. For your convenience, hand sanitizer is stationed near the front door on the end table beside the sofa. We use green cleaning supplies (from Blueland and Seventh Generation) where possible.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than seven days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
