Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
We use professional cleaners that use CFIA verified cleaning products. Disinfectants are certified Germicide RTU and approved by Health Canada and Safety. The highest standard of cleaning for luxury hotels is applied. Specifically, the property manager had detailed checklists for each clean and during the clean there are frequent checks communicated to the property manager. There are also detailed videos of each space on the property delivered to the property manager after each clean.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than seven days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
