Quirky soundproof multi-use creative suite with 2.2m photography backdrops

Welcome to our vibrant creative suite, nestled in a garden in leafy Ealing. History: Our brand-new studio has just opened! Logistics: Accessible layout, soundproof, varied desk spaces, sprung floor, retractable photo backdrops, mirrors, breakout bench area in a colourful garden. Activities: Dance shoots, music videos, workout shoots, photo shoots, content creation, collaboration, relaxation - all find a space here. Past Bookings: Trusted by photographers, musicians, producers. Neighbourhood: West London, adjacent to Ealing, Acton, Gunnersbury, and Chiswick, with eclectic parks, restaurants, and shops. Transportation: E3 bus (less than 5 mins walk), Acton Town tube (Piccadilly, District lines - 10 mins walk), Ealing Broadway (Central, Elizabeth, District, Mainline - 1.5 miles, 15 min bike ride). Gunnersbury Car Park (0.1 miles £1 per hour). On street parking free EXCEPT between 9-10am and 2-4pm. Rates: Cheapest on Saturday - Monday and from 5pm - 10pm on Tuesday - Friday. The studio owner usually works here Tuesday - Friday 10am - 5pm. Layout: The whole studio is 8m x 6m with a toilet, kitchenette and entrance area. The main creative area is 6m x 5m and has an open plan feel with access to desks, dance floor, photo backdrops, a sofa, and musical instruments. Photography: 2.2m photography backdrops can be pulled down in front of the entrance area with a drop of 2.3m and distance up to 6m. There is a Noth-facing window 2m x 1m which lets in plenty of light, there is an electric day and night blind which allows you to adjust the light to give you full privacy or to blockout the light. Dance/workout/rehearsals: Mirrors cover 4.8m on one wall and 3.6m on the adjacent wall. The sprung floor in front of the mirrors covers 6m x 3.2m. Writing/Recording: The space is fully soundproofed. All the walls and ceilings are angled for greater acoustics and there is acoustic treatment throughout. Access is available to Neumann KH 120 studio monitors and an Electro-Voice EVOLVE 50 PA and other equipment, please enquire for more information. Accessibility: The studio has been designed with wheelchair access in mind, there are ramps to all areas, wide doorways and a spacious toilet with handrails. Please note, the ramp to the entrance is 13 degrees (reasonably steep), the handrails are as photographed, and there's a curtained-off area of storage in the toilet which we will remove if a wheelchair user is planning to visit and needs the extra space.
