Welcome to our renovated (2023) 1,600 square foot space in Lakeview Chicago near Roscoe and Sheffield. It's a 2 bed / 2 bath apartment in a beautiful building built in the early 1900s. 7 minute walk to Wrigley Field and a 5 minute walk to the ultra-charming Southport Corridor. Guests have access to all areas, which includes a spacious living room with antique marble fireplace, and a separate dining area--ideal for dinner parties--as well as an expansive primary bedroom, two bathrooms (fully remodeled) and in-unit laundry. This large apartment space is perfect for film/photo shoots, entertaining cocktail parties, baby & bridal showers, pre-wedding, and small networking events and seminars. Original Pine flooring, beautiful trims reused in the renovation. Uses of the space could include: photo shoots for your company, Holiday family photos, cooking courses, business meetings, company outing for a Cubs game or concert (7 minute walk). Note that furniture can be arranged to make additional space for complex camera and lighting setups. Wifi and TV's (streaming with your logins) available. Entry to the unit is easy using a lockbox for the outside entry and a code for the apartment entry. Cancellation Policy

Standard 30-day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than seven days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
