Huge rooms, original windows and wood work, three floors to spread out in and a plethora of amenities make it a true home-away-from-home for groups and families alike. Beautiful yard and gardens, open front porch, enormous rear deck, stream, camper and play area in the back yard, make outdoor time and enjoyable as the indoors.     Health and Safety Measures

    A note to those of us who have sensitive noses: I never allow smoking of any kind in my home, I clean with perfume-free and low-odor cleaners, use perfume-free laundry detergent, and silver-ions (odor-free, long-lasting anti-mircobial) on all kitchen and bathroom surfaces after cleaning. I also have a 1-day "buffer" between reservations as an extra safety measure while COVID remains problematic.

    Cancellation Policy

    Standard 30-day

    Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than seven days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
    All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
