Welcome to The Untitled House! The decor is inspired by a blend of mid century modern, some of my favorite things (who doesn't love a painting of a badass woman and a 20lb brass turkey leg?) - and a love of Palm Springs. Inside: • Two indoor living spaces (unique in Palm Springs) • 400/20 Internet with 2 desks • DIRECTV Stream w/ popular app subscriptions (living room/primary bed) • Dining Table for 8-10 • Sectionals and lounge chairs • Fully equipped and stocked kitchen • Washer and dryer • Tesla charger (24-28 mph) • Garage door opener for garage parking Outside • Yoga Deck • Pool chaises • Floating chaises • Pool towels • Umbrellas • Outdoor gas fireplace • Outdoor gas grill • Outdoor sectional and chairs • Cornhole • Dining table for 8-10 • Pool cleaning robot • Assorted pool floats and pump (pool float availability not guaranteed) • Spa heating is included for short term stays • Pool heating is typically $65/night* with a 2 night minimum (runs from 8am-5pm) *If SoCal Gas spikes prices then pool heating fee will adjust as necessary but I will try to stay as close to $65 as possible On arrival: • Local concierge • House tour Other items to note: • I do my best to accommodate early check-in/late check-out requests but neither can be guaranteed until closer to your booking. • The Untitled House is a quick rideshare to downtown Palm Springs. If you drive, there are four parking spots in the driveway. • Dogs are allowed (max 1) and require an additional $100/dog per stay. o Certain breed restrictions apply o Must not be destructive o Must be crated if left home alone o Must be picked up after • Pool cleaning on Tuesday and Friday afternoons • Landscaping on Wednesday afternoons • Waste Management on Thursday mornings Amenities: Dining (fully stocked service for 10-12): • Dinner plates, salad plates, bowls and coffee cups • Flatware • Steak knives • Serveware • Indoor glassware including drink glasses, wine glasses and champagne glasses • Outdoor glassware including drink glasses and wine glasses (please don’t take glass bottles or glasses outside) Kitchen: • Coffee Maker (dual k-cup and drip) • Coffee Grinder • 4 Slice Toaster • Blender • Mixer • Instant Pot • Air Fryer • Pots and pans • Prep knives • Prep bowls • Bakeware *Not guaranteed, but there will likely be a pantry of spices and oils available - definitely recommend checking the pantry before heading to the grocery store!
