Our Resident Lounge is located in our Clubhouse. It is an ideal space for parties. Versatile enough to host groups up to 33 people. INCLUDED IN YOUR BOOKING: - Seating for up to 11 - Conversational seating areas with couches and chairs - Fireplace - Kitchenette equipped with sink, microwave, and fridge - Wi-Fi Take a 3D Tour: https://my.matterport.com/show/?m=ryVdwRX9mwQ Pets, confetti, amplified music (DJ, karaoke, etc.) and smoking are not permitted in the space at any time. Please note that all set up and clean time should be included in your reservation time. Please see rules section for additional information. FOOD & BEVERAGE Hosts are allowed to bring in their own food/ drinks. No food services are provided onsite. Guests are responsible for disposing of all trash left in the space.

Cancellation Policy
Standard 30-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
