Good for recording music as well as running podcasts. Can also use the other side for photos or videos. Entire space is 2100 sq feet with two separate sides. Overall great for music, podcasts, videos or photography. Can also be a small gathering spot for a meetup. Wifi is in the space. One bathroom in the space.

Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
