At over 2,200 sqft, our studio is extremely spacious and can accommodate small and large EVENTS. Our studio is inspired by Parisian living and contains both classic and contemporary designs. Perfect for special dinner events, speaker events, anniversary events, brand launches, engagements, and much more. Step inside our large studio and enjoy our beautiful designer couches accompanied with beautiful stone tables. Past the accordion french doors, you will enter a stunning marble tiled bedroom. Large windows provide abundant natural light into the space throughout the day and create a city feel. Elevators: Large Passenger Elevator + and freight elevator ( freight elevator must be requested ahead of time if needed) ATTENTION: Please be aware that your set up and clean up MUST be done within your booking period. As soon as your booking period ends we may have a booking starting right after. Please be considerate and leave on time. Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
High touch surfaces such as door knobs, tables, and mirrors are wiped down and disinfected before each booking. The studio is vacuumed and swept daily as well.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
