Natural minimalist decor with easy parking + balcony

Beautiful, stylish living space - perfect for photoshoots. The place has a boho / Tulum / minimalist design. Lots of space to walk around and get good angles on your shots. You will have access to an open plan kitchen and living space, with a cute snug/day bed area and access to a private balcony with sunset views. You are also welcome to take photos on the staircase. There is a WC available for use, but strictly no photography in the bathroom. Direct sunlight from the East side in the mornings (kitchen side), and from the West side in the evenings (balcony, living room side). In between, the space is still well lit with natural light. In the evening, you can make use of the ambient LED lighting. The location is on the quieter side - no noise from neighbours, but you will hear the odd car passing, birds chirping etc. With the windows shut (double glazed) there is practically no noise! The space is located on the top (2nd floor) of a detached house. Therefore there are stairs to contend with - 30 to be precise! If you are planning to bring anything bigger than a standard large suitcase it will not fit through the staircase. Please get in touch beforehand if you're not sure. Please note the semi-circle mirror cannot be removed off the wall. Although this is a new venue, I am a seasoned Peerspace host with 5* reviews from my previous properties (see my previous reviews in my photos)! Great for photo shoots, fashion shoots, product shoots.
