Spratts Factory is a former Victorian era dog biscuit factory. 3000 square foot space, set over 3 levels with the ability to shoot down from the all the upper levels. Recently renovated to a high standard, with a mix of industrial, contemporary, and original features throughout. Large open plan reception/kitchen, three bedrooms, three full bathrooms, and a family room/office. Large terrace attached to the kitchen provides outdoor space. Double height ceilings in the reception, original arched windows, reclaimed oak flooring, industrial lighting, exposed brickwork and a bespoke steel staircase and upper walkway. Natural light (large windows are east facing), with full blackout options available. **Advertised rates are for guidance and should generally be considered our base rate. Our rates are based on cast & crew size in total, whether you are planning a stills/film shoot, and whether any set builds are taking place or any large props/equipment will be brought in. Please contact us directly with as much detail as possible, and we will come back to you with a bespoke rate.** We usually do not accept bookings for music videos, or any shoots of a personal nature. If you're planning a music video shoot or a personal shoot, please message us with as many details as possible so that we can decide if we can accommodate. Additional Services: 1) Full day location assistant. A member of our team can be on site all day to assist. Help with loading in and out, moving furniture, coffee & tea making, etc. An extra set of hands who is familiar with the property can be useful for a smooth running day. Rate £12.50 per hour (full days only). 2) Basic BTS package comprising photo & video, using a Sony A-9 camera with Zeiss 55mm and 85mm lenses. Images will be transferred at the conclusion of your shoot, via WeTransfer (or your preferred transfer method). Rate £175+vat per day.
