Clean, Modern, Natural Light Filled Home in Costa Mesa
About the Space
Our space is modern, minimalist with great natural light. The rentable space includes the living room area, kitchen, primary bedroom and bathroom plus the backyard. The ceilings are high. The living room/kitchen has an accordion glass bifold door that opens to the backyard to create an indoor/outdoor space. You are able to photograph/film in the backyard and main floor. The home office can be used as well as a green room/ storage room. Please do not film or hang out in the front. 6 hour minimum please. Please note, we have an apartment above the garage (with balcony) that is occupied by a tenant. The space is separate and does not share doors/windows with backyard or main house. It has its own, separate entrance.

Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
