About the Space
Our space has a cozy living room which is great for recording/ filming with large couch and additional seating plus a 60 inch TV, home stereo with surround sound, record player, PS5, fireplace, access to kitchen, access to pool, hot tub and gym. Spacious split level layout with lofted ceilings. We use the space for recording music and filming social media content. We have in house engineer as well if assistance is required with recording and we also have instruments and microphones available to use.

We take pride in keeping our space clean and disinfected. We clean the central air filter regularly and run a hepa air purifier to eliminate dust and allergens.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
