Award-Winning, Soulful Design Studio in the Heart of Old Town
About the Space
The design studio faces southwest and is located on the second story of a 100-year old building in Old Town, making the space perfect for mid-to-late afternoon photoshoots or cozy small-party gatherings. When we renovated, we wanted to highlight the unique, beautiful character of the historic space by exposing the lath and plaster ceilings and removing the carpet. There are 4 designated rooms in the space. The front room, houses a backdrop that can be utilized for product photography or still shoots. The main conference room has a small conference table that can comfortably seat 4 people, while the stools, chairs, and couch provide extra seating up to 10-12 individuals. There is an office area as well as a product library which can also serve as backdrops for photoshoots.

Health and Safety Measures
Thorough cleaning (mopping, vacuming, disinfecting, dusting, etc) takes place between bookings. We allow for ample time in between bookings to ensure cleanliness is a top priority.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than seven days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
