Bright and clean studio loft guest house with lush green outdoor space
About the Space
Located in a quaint residential Pasadena neighborhood, I'm offering use of my light and bright studio loft guest house and lush backyard space for photo, video, and film shoots. The guest house itself is around 450 square feet, clean and modern with plenty of natural light. A queen size bed sits in the sleeping loft and the sofa in the living space can also be converted to a queen bed. In addition you'll have use of the backyard space as well. There is an abundance of greenery and seasonal flowers as well as mature avocado, oak and lemon trees. There are electrical outlets available inside and outside the guesthouse for additional lighting if needed. I also have folding chairs and tables available by request. If booking the space for an evening shoot, please be aware that there are quiet hours starting at 10pm. If there are any additional questions please feel free to ask.

Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
