Living Room, Kitchen, 2 bedrooms, large 1930's classic tiled bathroom and natural light "cottage" like studio plus massive backyard and furniture available for use on your day. Grand piano included in all bookings. Natural light, some areas flooded. We have a vaulted wood beamed ceiling in the living room and a non working fireplace. Breskfast nook and additional dining room available for shooting. Beautiful light.

We will hire our housekeeper to do a clean up when you've left for approximately $120, which crew is responsible for. For crews under 4 people, there is no charge.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than seven days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
