About the Space
For production activities an attendant will be supplied to ensure there is no disruption to other occupants on the floor and to ensure compliance with rules. A cleaning fee is also included as past productions have proven then need. If there are more that 8 individuals in the space an additional fee will be charged.

All surfaces will be sanitized prior to use and there is also sanitizing material available for cleaning the surfaces. Alcohol is available for guest to use and the use of mask is strongly recommended while inside the room as we approach the winter months. Please return the space the way you found it.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
