Easy access to and from Chicago with the expressway and blue line stop right down the street. The layout is an open plan apartment with separate bedroom, separate kitchen, and full bathroom. The open plan living space has a living room area, a dining room area, work table. The apartment is fully furnished, has a cheerful modern and slightly boho decor, with linens and cookware/dishes available on site. The apartment is available for student/commercial photoshoots and filming, but no violence, no blood/gore, fights/stunts, and no pornography. Building owner retains right to be on premises (will not interfere but will have access if needed).
