We've expanded ***NEW 700 SQFT OUTDOOR SPACE ADDED*** Experience the Courtyard @Villastino now available with every booking along with a ***BRAND NEW 2ND FULL BATHROOM with luxurious fluted travertine from Australia and Living Room refresh, with more designer pieces to enhance your photos! Hi and welcome to @Villastino - our space is a destination that feels like home... because it is. The renovation of this stunning Mediterranean home was documented last year on the Magnolia Network. This beautiful space that looks lifted from another country has been thoughtfully renovated with your production needs in mind. Be transported without leaving LA county. The decor changes frequently so please ask if you are looking for something specific. We try to get seasonal decor up asap to elevate your seasonal content. Our space is currently best for stills and video shoots with crews of up to 30 people, or a larger crew size is available if a basecamp is set up near by. Rates listed on Peerspace are based on full first floor access. As the second floor is under construction. Pool and Guest House coming soon! Sometime in 2026. The construction inside the guest house, does not disrupt shoots. Excited to host you! Message us with any questions!

Cancellation Policy
Standard 30-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than seven days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
