    This studio is a 2900 sqft full service commercial photo/video studio equipped with full kitchen. Enter the large shooting space through double doors or private rear balcony. Easily unload gear and props through a large glass rollup door. Large client area with multiple leather sofas. Extra large industrial metal table for dining or spreading out layouts. Full kitchen has a commercial refrigerator, extra large deep freezer, stovetop, oven and stainless steel commercial kitchen tables. Plenty of wire racks and heavy duty shelving for storage. The space has 2 large bathrooms that can double as changing rooms. Essential gear can be provided, c-stands, apple boxes, sand bags and clamps. Additional gear available for rent as needed. This space is available for: - photo/film shoots - content creation - vlogging - film shoots - commercials - etc Please reach out if you have any questions or are interested.     Cancellation Policy

    Standard 30-day

    Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than seven days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
    All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
