Easily unload gear and props through a large glass rollup door. Large client area with multiple leather sofas. Extra large industrial metal table for dining or spreading out layouts. Full kitchen has a commercial refrigerator, extra large deep freezer, stovetop, oven and stainless steel commercial kitchen tables. Plenty of wire racks and heavy duty shelving for storage. The space has 2 large bathrooms that can double as changing rooms. Essential gear can be provided, c-stands, apple boxes, sand bags and clamps. Additional gear available for rent as needed. Cancellation Policy
Standard 30-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
