About the Space
Lovely home with beautiful fully equipped kitchen, dining areas, living room, bathroom and a big back yard with a covered patio is the perfect space for your next party or event. We can also help you to plan and cater your next event as I'm the Executive Chef/Owner of an event and catering business. We also offer Costume Made Cakes and Desserts Bar. This rental includes the kitchen/dining area, living room, bathroom, backyard, grill, seating. The downstairs office are not included, neither is the upstairs.

Cancellation Policy
Standard 30-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than seven days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
