About the Space
We are a full service production company and this is our home base. We have a 12'x12'x12' Green Screen Room equipped with lighting & some equipment as well as Photography Backdrops for Portrait and/or Product Photography. This is our first listing so we aim to improve upon the amenities listing soon. But, among other things free wifi, fridge space, 40' TV and pair of 32" TV. An employee will be on site to assist and studio manage at all times, however if you also need a Gaffer or DoP this is also a service we provide for an additional cost. After each rental every piece of equipment used will be disinfected. We don't allow back to back bookings so we can come in to properly clean.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
