Take a peek to get inspired for your time here! This space is brand new and will continually evolve to become the ultimate destination for those keen on creating online content. The studio is perfectly designed for any artists or creator looking to produce short or long-form content for platforms such as YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram. ***Within the next few months, you will be able to rent this space, and it will come with everything you need in terms of equipment (Lights, cameras, microphones, etc.). **** The images, price, and bio will always be updated whenever major adjustments are made to the space! Rules: -It is imperative to go through and comply with all the rules before finalizing your reservation. -Our studio is part of a neighborhood with businesses in operation from 9 am to 5 pm. Please be mindful and considerate of noise levels. -The Studios reserve the right to record and share behind-the-scenes content from any activity within our studio. This is a part of our promotional endeavors across various social platforms. -Cleaning fee is embedded in the hourly rate. Guests are expected to maintain the space's integrity and leave it as they found it. Damages will be billed accordingly. -Please ensure to notify us in advance for any furniture rearrangements or specific setups.

Every night the studio gets a scrub down. Floor is swept and mopped. Door handles are whipped down.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
