Large open floor plan with great room and kitchen. Fully furnished. Huge island. Ideal location with mountain view. 6 large windows with automatic shades, patio space outside. Big screen TV provided with hookups for presentation needs. No reception or large parties, but we welcome 15 people or less. Great for video production and is a quiet place to film.

Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
