About the Space
This house is both humble and gracious. Set on a quiet street yet close to amenities in a location that lends itself to neighborhood strolls and friendly hellos. Guests arrive to a large, open front porch where friends can gather and enjoy the casual neighborhood vibe. The classic front entry opens to a vaulted staircase that lends a sense of grace and flow to the house. The downstairs has an open floor plan that allows for easy conversation between the fully stocked kitchen and the formal dining area with its classic table and buffet which seats up to 10 people. The living room is open to the dining room with enough seating for about 6 to 8 people. Off of the dining room are large French doors that open out to a deck rimmed by a large wisteria and opens out to a classic private backyard surrounded by mature trees and bushes.

Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
