Our space is perfect for meetings, band rehearsals, baby showers, birthd ay parties, memorial dinners, intimate dinners, and more. ✨ Holds up to 50 guests or fewer ✨ Includes tables, black chairs, and black linens (if other types of linens, chairs, or tables are needed, renters are able to bring their own) ✨ Décor is not provided – bring your own unique style! Please note: Photos are for inspiration only. Photos were taken using our space. The space is a blank canvas ready for your touch! The space has their own women and men's washroom. The space is located on the lower level. Music is permitted; however, DJs are not allowed before 7:30 PM. As a mixed-use building with active vendors operating in other areas, we ask that volume and activity remain respectful to neighboring businesses.

Cancellation Policy
Standard 30-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than seven days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
