Located in the high desert on 5 acres, the Skyview Movie Ranch has 1 main house, 1 converted barn (studio apt), and 3 trailers included in the rental. The ranch is just off of the main Highway, so is easily accessible, but feels remote. It gets great sun all day, and has amazing views. Main House: 2 bedrooms, full kitchen, full bath Outdoor Shower Horseshoes Hot Tub Barn Studio/1br open floor plan 1/2 bath (shower + toilet) Trailers - 2 vintage trailers with cute interiors + 1 airstream (see photos) Both houses have great light, A/C+Heating and wifi, and can be used for Hair & Makeup/Wardrobe or client areas. Rental includes full use of entire 5 acre property.

Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
