The space is gorgeous southern California indoor/outdoor living space with fully retractable doors for lots of natural light indoors and exquisite landscaping outdoors with a beautiful pool, luscious foliage, firepit and outdoor bbq. The space can be easily arranged for photo shoots, cooking/home living branding, small events and social meetups. There is space for 25 indoors and 50 total for indoor/outdoor events.

Professional cleaning done in between bookings that meet healthcare guidelines. Cleaning fees associated, depending on booking. You are required to put any used dishes in dishwasher prior to leaving. Take anything you brought with you. Place all trash in trash cans and remove trash from inside and place in or on top of bins in side yard. You can leave pool floaties people don't want to take with them.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
