With warm, sprung wood floors and 2 available studio spaces, our building has 1960s charm and an intriguing layout with a longer entrance hallway. Five minutes from the Santa Fe Art District, the Mayan Landmark Theatre, and a short drive from Cherry Creek and the i-25/6th Avenue exit. Our location is convenient not only for Central Denver but also for the surrounding suburbs.

Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
