Located in a prime, safe, and quiet neighborhood, this space is perfect for commercial shoots, corporate videos, cooking shows, indie films, interviews, photoshoots, student films, and more. Please note that the bedrooms and the second bathroom are not included in the standard rental but can be added for an additional fee. House Rules: Respect the Space: Treat our home with care and respect. Please leave it in the same condition you found it. No Smoking: Smoking is not allowed inside the house. Designated outdoor smoking areas are available. Pets: While we love pets, they are not allowed in the space without prior approval. Noise Level: Keep noise levels at a reasonable volume to respect our neighbors. Quiet hours may be in effect during certain times. Furniture and Decor: Do not move or remove any furniture or decor items without permission. Kitchen Use: You're welcome to use the kitchen for your productions, but please clean up after yourself. Additional Services: If you require the use of the bedrooms or second bathroom, please inquire about the additional fee and availability. Availability: Our space is available for booking on weekdays and weekends. Please check our calendar for specific dates and times. We're flexible and can accommodate various production schedules. Cancellation Policy: We understand that plans may change. Here is our cancellation policy: Full refund for cancellations made at least 14 days before the booking date. 50% refund for cancellations made between 7 and 14 days before the booking date. No refund for cancellations made within 7 days of the booking date. This includes disinfectant sprays, wipes, and trash bags. We kindly ask that you clean up after your production, especially if there are any spills, stains, or messes. Trash Disposal: Please dispose of any trash in the provided bins. If you generate a significant amount of trash during your production, please bag it and place it in the designated area for disposal. Kitchen Cleanup: If you use the kitchen, please ensure that all dishes, cookware, and utensils are cleaned and put away. Any appliances used should also be left in a clean and functional state. Furniture and Decor: Do not move or remove any furniture or decor items without prior permission. If you do, kindly return them to their original positions. Post-Booking Inspection: After your booking, our team will conduct a post-booking inspection to ensure the space is in good condition. Any damages or excessive cleaning required may result in additional fees. COVID-19 Precautions: We follow recommended COVID-19 safety guidelines. High-touch surfaces are regularly cleaned and sanitized. Hand sanitizers and sanitizing stations are available throughout the space.
