About the Space
The space is an open canvas and you can do photo shoots or video shoots. The studio is a 12x12 sq. space with natural daylight available. The space also offers a kitchen area, coffee machine, and mini fridge. There is storage space available if you need to bring in extra equipment. The main bathroom is available to all guests. The studio is easily accessible and on the ground floor. The studio rental comes with an 8ft (or can be extended) Backdrop frame, 2 C-Stands, (3) Sandbags, 5 different backdrop colors including an 8x8 green screen and gradient backdrop and 6 clamps. Lighting Includes: (1) Aperture 300 bi-color with 40" softbox and grid (1) Amaran 200 daylight-balanced 2 Daylight-balanced Softbox lights Other grip and lighting equipment are available upon request for an additional fee. **Backdrops are of various sizes.

Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
