A traditional c.1850 pre-Civil War home with an elegant feel. There are 4 bedrooms all on the ground floor, as well as the kitchen, dining room, living room, and two full bathrooms. Additionally, there is a "hidden" den above the kitchen and a family room in the basement level as well as front porch and back porches. This unique property and home offers an elegant setting for multiple types of production. Cancellation Policy
Standard 30-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
