This space will work well for interviews, for short films . For a talk show . Maybe a cooking show . I have a total open concept . Very bright . I have a beautiful man made accent wall that stands out . The decor is very beautiful, the lighting is great . We have beautiful landscaping in the back . A lovely sitting patio out side with beautiful pine trees overlooking. We have a beautiful pool in the back and again a lot of lovely landscaping and flowers plants and trees. Photo shoots are always something that will be a great add on .

Cancellation Policy
Standard 30-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
