Built in 1903, this architectural masterpiece is located in the center of the city’s Historic Core and features extremely oversized 15 feet tall ceilings over 1200 square fee. A majestic skyline view and breathtaking lights & projections turn the space into a bohemian lounge vortex. Enjoy stunning corner views from huge historic windows in an elegant, modern , yet industrial loft atmosphere that is filled with natural light from sunrise to sunset, while also having a killer view at night with the best skyline panoramas DTLA has to offer. This space is great for photo and video shoots, day and night time, private events, dinner parties, classes, yoga, personal training sessions, meetings, listening parties, and much more. Cancellation Policy

Standard 30-day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than seven days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
