About Mainstage Miami

The facility is 4,350sf with 3 studios to be used as flexible creative spaces centrally located in Little Haiti. This Studio center is versatile and spacious offering many categories for rental including ; Meeting Space, Photo/video Production, band rehearsals, tour prep, Pop Up Gallery, Film Screening, Private Events, Movement Workshops, Sound Stage and more. Studio A is a 2,850 sf flex space with an expansive height of 20'. A large 16ft x 14ft insulated roll-up door that opens into our backlot. There are large windows with automated shades to allow for natural light to fill the room or a complete studio blackout. This space has 2 handicap accessible bathrooms, a lounge area and reception area under a 12' mezzanine. There is also a space which can be used as back of house, green room, dressing room, make-up room, wardrobe area, etc. Studio B is 900sf with 10' ceilings and includes a kitchenette and bathroom. This flex space can be used as a photo/video studio, office, dining area, conference space, back of house area, etc. Studio C is 400sf with 10' ceilings to be used as a conference room, production management hub, sound isolation booth, green room, artist space, dressing room, make-up room etc. The lobby is 200sf with tons of natural light. This space connects to Studio A, B and C as well as the kitchenette. This space can be used as a cafe/breakroom, lounge, break area, make-up area, etc. The Backlot is a 6250sf gated lot which is paved with asphalt along with a 2000sf grassy area. The lot can be used for parking, outdoor photo or video shoots, open air market gatherings, vehicle storage, and more. This central Miami location is 4 blocks east of I-95 in Little Haiti is no more than 10 minutes from Wynwood, Design District, Midtown, and Allapattah. Little river, Magic city, Buena Vista, and Mimo are all connecting areas to our location. Downtown and South Beach are very accessible as well. . Cancellation Policy

Standard 30-day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than seven days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
