Welcome to The Tampa Studio The Tampa Studio is a clean, versatile photo and content studio designed for efficient, creative sessions. The space is ideal for portraits, branding sessions, content creation, headshots, product photography, and mini sessions. What’s Included in the Studio • Multiple styled lifestyle setups (grey sofa, sage corner, beige corner) • 8 × 8 × 4 ft white vinyl background (with protective clear flooring cover) • Two softbox lights (two additional available upon request) • Three posing boxes (small, medium, large) • Mirror and assorted chairs • Private bathroom • Bottled water • Free on-site parking ⸻ Available Add-Ons (Request During Booking) • Professional Godox lighting • Snoot (spotlight modifier) • Curved reflector for bounce lighting • Custom setup requests (subject to availability) • Coffee bar ⸻ Booking Policies & Important Info • Short-Notice Bookings: Requests made within 24 hours may be accommodated based on availability and include a $10 short-notice booking fee. • Rescheduling: Any reschedule request made within the cancellation policy window will incur a $25 reschedule fee. Rescheduling does not override the cancellation policy. • Time Usage: Setup and cleanup must be completed within your booked time to avoid overtime charges. • Maximum Occupancy: Up to 6 people allowed. • Shared Building: The studio is located in a shared commercial building and is not fully soundproof.

Cancellation Policy

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
