Our one-of-one design loft is located in downtown Dallas and features a curation of art-centric furniture and objects, high ceilings, unparalleled skyline views, and huge panoramic windows that create the most beautiful direct and indirect light for hosting unique events that will be sure to impress your guests. The living room, dining room, and kitchen all were intentionally created to be shoot and event spaces that evoke the spirit of zen, wabi sabi, and minimalist design principles. This Northwest and Southwest facing corner unit loft is massive at 1650 square feet, and features architectural details such as concrete floors, columns, and historical windows. We also have stunning floor-to-ceiling off-white linen curtains that serve as a room divider to cover the kitchen area, which double as a textured seamless backdrop that can be opened or closed during events.
