Featuring Old Chicago tumbled brick, white penny tile, copper scupper waterfalls and beautiful greenery our expansive space can be transformed into a beautiful production location/staging area. Located in Arizona's most desirable and beautiful neighborhood, Arcadia, and on the border of Phoenix/Scottsdale, this space is sure to stun! Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
