Airy Brooklyn Loft with Tall Ceilings and Exposed Brick - Photoshoots only

1 bedroom apartment with HUGE open living space and kitchen and large bedroom. 10 foot ceilings, exposed brick, lime washed white walls, hardwood floors, and vintage and vintage-inspired furniture throughout. Apartment is east facing with 4 large windows. The furniture is a mix of mid-century modern vintage pieces and contemporary plays on 70s and mid-century styles. The apartment has mostly low-profile furniture that accentuates the high ceilings. The color palette is very earthy with browns, beige, creams, and greens. The space is ideal for photo shoots and video shoots. I hosted many peerspace shoots in my previous apartment and really enjoy curating an inspiring space for others to create! More photos to come! The booking time includes unloading, setup, and loading time. For example, if your shoot will take 3 hours and an additional 30 minutes to unload and another 30 minutes to clean up and reload, your booking should be 4 hours. Overtime is 1.5x the regular rate! If you think you might run over, I’d suggest booking an extra 30 minutes - 1 hour. Overtime starts 10 minutes after the end of the booking. Overtime can be denied!
