The space is 4 mins (10-15 min walk) from the Hyattsville Crossing Metro Station. Maximum 35 guests. Rental includes access to the entire downstairs space including the use of the kitchen . There is a small unfenced yard and patio of outdoor ceremonies and events. **Five (6ft) tables and 30 white padded chairs can be provided at an additional charge. Please see add-ons for more info. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
