This perfect indoor space for SMALL intimate gatherings. Suitable for: photo shoots, product launches, birthday gatherings, gender reveals, showers, fundraisers, brunches, small family gatherings or pop-up events. Maximum 35 guests. Rental includes access to the entire downstairs space including the use of the kitchen . **Five (6ft) tables and 30 white padded chairs can be provided at an additional charge. Please see add-ons for more info. We allow one complementary walk through of the the space prior to booking. Please reach out for an available time. Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
