Downtown Johnson City Speakeasy Loft

This loft was specifically designed for guests, photographers, filmmakers and event planners who want a UNIQUE experience in the heart of historic downtown Johnson City and walking distance to just about everything! Our space is inspired by the speakeasies from the 1920s and the early 1930s. The loft is a one-of-a-kind, fun, comfortable and luxurious space. Located on the second floor of a historic 1925 red brick building, this is a special find. The loft has a main living area with exposed brick walls, custom lighting, bronze tin styled ceilings and a large living space with a dining banquet that seats eight and an extra-large-built-in leather sofa for lounging, photos etc. It has a gourmet kitchen with an oversized island that can seat five. The loft includes a large poker table and music provided by a gramophone. Put on some of our old Sinatra albums and enjoy the vibe! Our loft can sleep up to six people. The primary bedroom (Located behind a secret door) has a King sized bed. There is a large en-suite bathroom for it. The second bedroom has a Queen sized bed (Located in the front of the loft.) We have a Queen sleeper sofa (Located in the front of the second living space.) One full bathroom (for the Queen bedroom and the sleeper sofa guests.) An additional full kitchen ( Located in the front part of the loft) Amenities include an iron and ironing board, hairdryer in each bathroom, WIFI and cleaning supplies. Coffee , tea, cooking oils and spices in the kitchen. Each bedroom and the main living room has a Smart TV with access to streaming service options (However, please sign into your personal accounts to access). All bedrooms and bathrooms are equipped with plush bedding, sheets, towels, and linens (all professionally laundered) We use free and clear products for all these items. The loft is equipped with a washer/dryer room for any laundry needs while you are in town. There is limited free parking across from the loft but behind the building there is free 24 hour parking in the Southern Craft lot. Street parking is free when available . There is a 10 minute loading zone in front of the building to unload your luggage and bring it inside before parking. We are on the second floor of the building. There is a single flight of steps to the space. Guests have full and private access to the entire loft.
