Video & HDMI Connectivity HDMI connections available at two different points in the space, including an alternative input from the colonnade area. AV & Smart Home System AV and Smart Home System Our built-in high-end smart home system allows us to meet most AV requirements without additional charges. You can easily control the projector, music, and colorful lighting using the provided touch panel. Simply plug your device into the input located at the back of the space or from the colonnade, and the video will display automatically. Lighting, Sound, and Shade Control Our Control4 system allows full control of lighting in every room — and, if needed, every individual bulb — enabling you to create the exact mood and environment you want. Sound volume throughout the loft can also be controlled via the intuitive touch panel. In addition, we feature high-end Somfy motorized shades, allowing control of every window. No nearby venues offer technology as advanced as ours. The space features customizable color lighting, an integrated smart home system for AV and lighting control, and seamless music and video streaming through the touch panel. We also provide access to a fridge, freezer, and dressing suite if needed.

Cancellation Policy

Standard 90-day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
