We want to keep Health Foundry a clean and welcoming space for everyone. While we do provide daily cleaning, we kindly ask that you leave the space as you found it.
🧹 Our Cleaning Schedule – The office is professionally cleaned every day between 5 AM and 6 AM.
🧼 Disinfecting Wipes Available – You’ll find wipes in every room to clean surfaces if needed during your booking.
📦 Before You Leave, Please:
✔ Return furniture and equipment to their original positions.
✔ Dispose of any rubbish in the bins provided.
✔ Take all personal items and catering waste with you.
✔ Wipe down tables if food or drinks were used.

Cancellation Policy
Standard 30-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than seven days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
