This versatile environment serves as a blank canvas, ready to be moulded to meet your unique artistic needs. Amenities: - High-speed WiFi for seamless connectivity - Standing space for 30 attendees - 10 fold out chairs available - 4 fold out tables available - Sonos Bluetooth and Wifi speaker for high-quality audio - Accessible toilet for all guests - Outside food and alcohol welcome to maximise event customisation Important Policies: - A respectful noise protocol is required to maintain our peaceful locality. - Under 18s must be accompanied by an over 18-year-old.

- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High-touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitiser with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The space was more than enough for what I wanted, the only difficult thing was getting the cars in because the barrier was down. Otherwise it was fine.
