Sliding doors open to a covered rear terrace with outdoor dining setting for 8 and a small private garden with tall hedges. Upstairs is the master bedroom with large ensuite, large walk in robe, second and third bedrooms, bathroom and a large second living room with sliding doors. Double garage has access to rear garden area also. THE AREA Located in the quiet suburb of Bentleigh, and a 10 minute drive to bayside beaches. There are several large parks and cafes nearby. The property is also located between 2 train stations, approximately 600m away for easy public transport access. CLEANING An additional cleaning fee of $125-$250 applies to each booking, depending on how many rooms/spaces are utilised.

Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
