This is a 900 square feet space open space with a small kitchen area and 1 restroom. There are many seminar tables and chairs to be arranged to your preference. This area is downtown main street where you can walk to several restaurants, coffee shops, boutique shops, and bars. This space looks out over Schneider Park where Festus has many parades, festivals, concerts, vender fairs, and the city's Christmas tree.

Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
